About Table – purchased new at one of the old furniture stores on Park Avenue in Winter Park, FL. The store has been out of business for some time and I cannot remember the name. Seats 8. Original cost around $1,800. Table is made of wood and something that looks like wood… some type of manufactured wood product. It has held up pretty well and is not your typical engineered wood product… it is quality made.
About Chairs – purchased new at Wood You Furniture and had them stained to match table. They are 100% solid wood and very beefy construction and very sturdy. They will probably last your lifetime as well as your children’s lifetime. I also added the pads on the bottom of the chair legs. Original cost around $2,400.
