1. How long will shipping take?
1. Shipping can take 6-14 business days once payment has been made. Shipping times are dependent on many variables including but not limited to:

* We will do our very best to get your furniture shipped out in a timely and considerate manner and are available to answer all questions once the furniture has been shipped.
1. How do I receive my furniture and what should I do if there is damage?
2. Please inspect the items thoroughly BEFORE you sign the proof of delivery. Once you have signed the proof of delivery and have stated that your are now liable for your items, we CANNOT assist you in a damage claim, even if that damage happened prior to delivery. Damage MUST be noted prior to the driver leaving the premises and must be clearly noted on the Proof of Delivery. Once the delivery driver drives away, you are 100% responsible for the furniture and no refund or payment will be made to compensate for damage or repairs necessary.
* All Claims regarding Damage must be submitted withint 48 hours of receiving your item.
* All Damaged Items Claims must included Photos which can be emailed once we are contacted. (an email address will be provided).
* Once a claim has been emailed to us via Email, a response will be generated within 2 business days of receipt.
Payment is expected within 48 hours after Buyer COMMITS TO BUY. After the 2nd day, a dispute will be filed.
Within a one year period from the date of possession of the original purchase, JNG Furniture warrants to the original purchaser that we will conduct repairs on any defect in workmanship without any charge under normal use and care. The item will be replaced with the same or comparable merchandise if it can’t be repaired to factory specifications. Clearance merchandise; defects and damage resulting from abuse, fire, water, negligence, soiling, or improper cleaning; wear and tear such as fading, tearing, shrinking; softening of seat cushions and pillows are not included in this warranty.
