Gold 2005 BMW 3 Series 325Ci Coupe 2D
I bought this vehicle from a reputable friend, a mechanical engineer, two and a half years ago. It has been my daily driver since then. I have taken excellent care of this car and had all recommended maintenance performed including oil changes, etc. Last year I had work done on the radiator and coolant hoses replaced by a reputable mechanic and have had no further issues with the radiator. I have had the driver seat and center handrest reupholstered. The interior is all tan leather. With all the maintenance and work done on the car I have invested over $7,000.
Recently the car has been having some difficulty getting into gears from stop and while moving. It takes some time to accelerate because of this. It will still drive, it just takes time to get up to speed due to the issue. It will likely need transmission work or a new transmission but because I already have another car I am not going to invest more time into the issue and decided to sell it. It could be something easier to fix. I do know that the motor is functioning fine without issue.
The outside has some normal wear as you would expect for a car its age. For example, there are some small areas on the hood with wear of the paint. The headlights could use a restoration at some point. The rubber areas that contain the windows have some wear as well. Overall, however, I would say the exterior is in good condition.
The interior is in great shape.
The motor is in excellent shape and prior to the suspected issue with the transmission the car drove perfectly.
Buyer responsible for pick-up or shipping but I can help a reasonable amount. I will not deliver the car. Recommend having the car transported/towed.
