GROUND SHIPPING methods within the USA (FedEx Ground, USPS First Class, USPS Parcel Select, USPS Priority Mail) will take anywhere from 1 to 7 days to reach a destination. “NO PICK UP ALLOWED” (Warehouse Policies). Shipping charge of 10% will be included in the purchase total price of purchase. Ground SHIPPING and on RUSH SHIPPING will charge 20% and will take 2 days to reach a destination in the USA after 1 to 2 days processing time. To be eligible for a return, item must be in original condition and in its original package and must have been purchased from one of my sites.
To start the return process, email: email@example.com and include Order Number, reason for return and if possible, a snap shot of the damage. Please title your email “Return Authorization Needed”.
If your return is not in the original condition, we do reserve the right to refuse the return. We will not refund shipping costs on returns.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If approved, a credit will be applied to your original form of payment. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on you bank statement or account.
For replacements, you must send a email with photoes of the damage. The replacement must be initiated within 7 business days of delivery to buyer. To start your replacement please follow same instructions for refunds except include Order Number and title “Replacement Needed”. Once we receive request for replacement, we will send buyer a email to let them know the request was received. If approved, we will supply buyer with the order number in our system for reference. If the warehouse inventory is out of stock, we will refund buyer in full.
